Delivery & Refund Policy

This policy sets out the delivery, refund, and return terms applicable to purchases made on HOMA2u.

1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery Area

  • Delivery is available within Klang Valley.

  • Outside Klang Valley: Coming Soon. Delivery for other zones or special arrangements is available upon quotation.

1.2 Delivery Fees

  • RM80 flat rate for all Klang Valley orders

  • Free delivery for orders RM3,500 and above

1.3 Delivery Time

  • Delivery will be made within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise specified.

1.4 Delivery Scope

  • Ground floor drop-off only.

  • Carry-in service, staircase lifting, or high-floor delivery (without lift access) are not included.

  • Additional charges may apply for special handling or redelivery.

1.5 Inspection

  • Items must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.

  • Claims must be submitted to support@homa2u.com with supporting photos or videos.

2. Refunds & Returns

2.1 Final Sale

All products sold are final sale.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, colour, or quantity selected

  • Overstock, clearance, or promotional items

2.2 Overstock & Clearance Items

Overstock and clearance items are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

  • Items are non-restockable

  • No exchange, return, or refund after delivery

2.3 Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • An incorrect item is delivered, or

  • The item is defective upon delivery

Conditions:

  • Report within three (3) days of delivery

  • Email support@homa2u.com

  • Provide clear photos or videos

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

HOMA2u reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

2.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

3. Product Disclaimer

Product images are for reference only.
Variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish due to screen display or manufacturing batches do not constitute defects.
