Order confirmation
Please check your product selection, quantity, and delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery within the Klang Valley is charged at a flat rate of RM80, and is free for orders of RM5,000 and above. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days of confirmation, unless the item is a pre-order or a different arrangement has been agreed.
For deliveries outside the Klang Valley, customers may arrange their own collection (self pick-up) or contact us for a transport quotation before placing an order.
Unloading
Goods are unloaded at the car porch for landed properties, and at the loading bay for high-rise buildings. Please ensure the delivery point is clear and accessible. Handling of goods beyond these points is the customer's responsibility.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any wrong, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with supporting photos or videos. Affected items should be returned to us and will be replaced with an exchange.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Returns, exchanges and store credit
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Returns are settled by exchange or store credit. Store credit issued by HOMA2u has no expiry date.
All sales are final and not returnable for change of mind. Wrong, damaged, or defective items reported under Section 4 will be exchanged, or otherwise resolved as required by law.
Sold on an as-is, where-is basis. These items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging. Transport costs are not credited.
Each overstock item is listed under one of the following grades.
In original condition and packaging.
Product in good condition; carton box may be incomplete or imperfect.
May be supplied without a carton box, with mixed shading or sizing, or with minor chipping that does not affect use.
All overstock products are QC-checked before being made available for sale. We do not sell second-grade items. Our overstock is procured mainly from construction companies, manufacturers, and importers direct.
These are natural materials, and no two pieces are identical. Grain patterns, veining, variations in shade or tone, and surface marks of natural origin are inherent characteristics of natural stone, not defects, and are not grounds for return.
Natural product variation
Tiles and natural-material products may vary slightly in shade, colour, size, and texture between batches. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
We recommend ordering sufficient quantity from a single batch, with an allowance for cutting and wastage, to ensure a consistent finish.
Storage
Goods are stored free of charge for 1 week from the scheduled delivery or collection date. Thereafter, storage is charged at RM150 per pallet per month.
