By confirming your purchase, you agree to the following:

All new products are final. No return or refund.

2. Order Accuracy
Please check your quantity and selection carefully. Changes are not allowed after confirmation.

3. Inspection & Claims
Kindly report any wrong or defective items within 3 days with photos or videos. 

Claims after this may not be accepted.

4. Product Variation
Differences in shade, colour, size or texture are natural and not defects.

5. Overstock Tiles
Sold as-is, where-is.
Return/refund within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

6. Delivery
RM80 flat rate. Free for RM3,500 above.
Estimated arrival: 2–5 working days (unless pre-order or otherwise arranged).

7. Unloading
Landed: car porch.
High-rise: loading bay.

8. Storage
Free for 2 weeks, then RM75 per pallet.
