Storage Charges

To ensure efficient warehouse operations, customers are required to collect & receive purchased goods within 10 calendar days from the order date.

• Free storage: Up to 10 calendar days.
• Storage fee: RM150.00 per pallet per month, effective from the 11th day.
• Storage charges will continue to accrue until the goods are collected.
• Goods will only be released after all applicable storage charges have been settled.
